Laura Cifarelli - Founder, APRN, FNP-C
Laura Cifarelli is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With a decade of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Laura has trained with top plastic surgeons in Connecticut for 10 years, and has learned advanced injection techniques from renowned experts across the country.
She remains committed to continuous education, regularly refining her skills and staying up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine. Laura’s deep understanding of facial anatomy, combined with her expertise in advanced injection methods, makes her exceptionally qualified to assess and treat your unique aesthetic goals.
Her skills include advanced dermal filler and neurotoxin injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for regenerative benefits, and expertise in energy-based treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling, ultrasonic heat therapy, and advanced laser treatments for non-surgical anti-aging solutions.

With a strong nursing background and specialized training in aesthetic medicine, Nicole takes a thoughtful and individualized approach to every treatment. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance each patient’s unique features rather than change them, and she prioritizes patient education, safety, and creating treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals.

Jackie is a nationally certified patient care technician, phlebotomist, and clinical medical assistant with a diverse background in radiology, ophthalmology, oncology, and plastic surgery. With her extensive experience in patient care and a strong commitment to healthcare, Jackie is currently studying to become a nurse, further expanding her clinical expertise.
As the Aesthetic Practice Manager at Truth Medical Aesthetics, Jackie combines her broad medical knowledge with a passion for aesthetics. She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care, fostering an environment of both health and beauty. Juliana Olovson - Front Desk Coordinator
Meet Juliana, one of the friendly faces welcoming you to Truth Medical Aesthetics! With a diverse background in healthcare and patient care, Juliana brings both clinical experience and a passion for aesthetics to the Truth team.
Juliana holds a degree in Psychology with a focus as a Disability Specialist. While attending college, she worked as a licensed CNA and continued her education to become a Medical Assistant. Her clinical experience includes phlebotomy, hands-on patient care, and assisting with in-office surgical procedures.
Juliana’s love for aesthetic medicine began while working in plastic surgery. For the past four and a half years, she has worked as a Plastic Surgery Assistant, gaining valuable experience in both surgical and aesthetic patient care.
At Truth, Juliana helps create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. With her unique combination of clinical knowledge, aesthetics experience, and friendly personality, she is always happy to answer questions, assist with appointments, and help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience.
