Laura Cifarelli - Founder, APRN, FNP-C
Laura Cifarelli is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With a decade of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Laura has trained with top plastic surgeons in Connecticut for 10 years, and has learned advanced injection techniques from renowned experts across the country.
She remains committed to continuous education, regularly refining her skills and staying up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine. Laura’s deep understanding of facial anatomy, combined with her expertise in advanced injection methods, makes her exceptionally qualified to assess and treat your unique aesthetic goals.
Her skills include advanced dermal filler and neurotoxin injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for regenerative benefits, and expertise in energy-based treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling, ultrasonic heat therapy, and advanced laser treatments for non-surgical anti-aging solutions.

Nicole D'Angelo - RN, Nurse Injector
Nicole D’Angelo is a licensed Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and a passion for delivering natural, refined results. Her background includes experience in both medical spa and plastic surgery settings, providing a solid understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and aesthetic balance.
She is trained in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, cannula technique, and PRP, and approaches each patient with a comprehensive, individualized treatment mindset. Nicole prioritizes subtle enhancement, patient education, and conservative planning, ensuring results feel refreshed, balanced, and true to each patient’s natural features.
At Truth Medical Aesthetics, Nicole works in close collaboration with Laura Cifarelli, APRN, adhering to the same clinical standards, protocols, and aesthetic philosophy that define the practice.

A nationally certified clinical medical assistant, phlebotomist and patient care technician, Jackie brings a well-rounded clinical background spanning plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, ophthalmology, oncology, and radiology.
She plays a key role in the growth and daily operations of Truth Medical Aesthetics—ensuring a seamless patient experience while supporting the team in delivering exceptional, results-driven care.
Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Jackie continues to expand her clinical expertise while leading with a patient-first approach and a commitment to excellence in aesthetics.

Juliana Olovson - Front Desk Coordinator
Meet Juliana, our Front Desk Coordinator
Juliana holds a degree in Psychology and has a background as a Disability Specialist. While completing her education, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later continued her training to become a Medical Assistant.
With experience in phlebotomy, patient care, and assisting with in-office surgical procedures, Juliana has developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.
Juliana discovered her love for aesthetic medicine while working in plastic surgery, where she has spent the past four and a half years supporting both patients and providers. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in themselves and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing education and professional development within the aesthetic industry.
