Subcision
Subcision is a surgical technique first described in 1995 that releases the reticular dermis from tethering by underlying fibrous septal bands within subcutaneous adipose tissue, resulting in smoother skin contour.
Subcision is an established therapy that can lead to significant improvement in the clinical appearance of skin with a low adverse event profile
Erase deep pitted acne scars and tethered body scars/depressions and put your best face/body forward. This treatment can also be used for cellulite release as well, as it is a similar concept to scarring.
Acne scarring is often characterised by deep pits, punched out scars and rolling depressions. Scar tissue connections from the surface to deeper skin layers cause permanent pits in the skin that can be a significant source of loss of confidence.
Radiofrequency microneedling can help to resurface and tighten the skin and improve skin tone following years of acne. However, microneedling is unable to release scar tissue/deep dermal attachments causing pits.
Subcision is an essential part of any acne scarring treatment. Releasing these deep scar tissue attachments smooths the overlying skin by erasing pits, removing rolling depressions and eliminating punched out scarring.
Cellulite Release Therapy
Causes
Little is known about what causes cellulite. It involves fibrous connective cords that tether the skin to the underlying muscle, with the fat lying between. As fat cells accumulate, they push up against the skin, while the long, tough cords pull down. This creates an uneven surface or dimpling.
In addition, hormonal factors play a large role in the development of cellulite, and genetics determine skin structure, skin texture and body type. Other factors, such as weight and muscle tone affect whether you have cellulite, though even very fit people can have it.
Risk Factors
Cellulite is much more common in women than in men. In fact, most women develop some cellulite after puberty. This is because women's fat is typically distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks — common areas for cellulite. Cellulite is also more common with aging, when the skin loses elasticity.
Weight gain can make cellulite more noticeable, but some lean people have cellulite, as well. It tends to run in families, so genetics might play the biggest role in whether you develop cellulite. An inactive lifestyle also can increase your chances of having cellulite, as can pregnancy.

Radiesse® is a type of dermal filler that, when injected into a patient's face or body, plumps up deep wrinkles, scars and depressions. Dermatologists typically use Radiesse for cosmetic purposes such as facial enhancements, but it can also be used for certain medical issues.
Hyperdiluted Radiesse®, on the other hand, refers to injecting very diluted amounts of Radiesse directly into skin that has lost it's firmness and stability. Hyperdilute Radiesse can be injected directed under the areas of cellulite bumps to smooth them out.
Morpheus8 is an advanced and effective cellulite removal treatment for reducing the appearance of lumpy skin on the buttocks, thighs, belly, and hips.
The procedure firms and rejuvenates the skin by improving its tone and texture for a softer and smoother appearance.
It involves using microneedling and radiofrequency (RF) energy to boost collagen production and destroy superficial fat for a sleeker and smoother appearance.
Micro wounds caused by microneedling cause your skin to repair and heal itself by producing collagen. RF molds the fat cells and destroys them.
The FDA approves Morpheus8 as a Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device (SARD) because it treats the deeper layers of the skin and not just the surface.
The best part: treatment is safe for all skin types and tones.
