Membership Agreement
As a True Beauty Member, your monthly payment of $80 or more is automatically charged and banked into your patient wallet for future use on 'selected' membership services or any other procedure we offer, including medical-grade skin care. All of your banked funds go directly towards your treatment with no hidden fees. The Truth team can make membership recommendations based on your current treatment trends to help you budget for your next treatment.
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please provide Truth Medical Aesthetics with a one-week written notice prior to your monthly withdrawal date at info@truthmedct.com. While providing a reason for cancellation is optional, it can help us improve our services. A Truth team member will confirm your cancellation request with you. No other forms of cancellation will be accepted.
All memberships require a 3-month commitment of recurring automated charges before cancellation is eligible. Recurring membership charges will occur on the same day each month as your sign-up date.
Botox Membership Policy: For Botox memberships, the payment made for treatment on the day you sign up is offered at the discounted $12.00 per unit rate as a courtesy (instead of the regular $14.00 per unit).
Though members can cancel at any time (after the 3-month commitment), effective October 22, 2024, all unused membership payments remaining in your patient wallet upon cancellation are non- refundable. This balance will remain in your patient wallet indefinitely and can be used for services or products at Truth Medical Aesthetics. No refunds will be issued.
Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling, + Late Policy
Due to the high demand for appointments, a credit card hold is required for all consultations and appointments with both Laura, APRN, and Medical Esthetician. A cancellation, reschedule, or no-show without a 48-hour notice will result in a $100 charge for appointments with Laura Cifarelli, APRN, and a $50 charge for your Medical Esthetician (When services resumed). This charge will be applied to your credit card on file or deducted from your patient wallet. You may call, text, or use our self-service online scheduling platform to make changes.
Sofwave Appointments: A $300 booking deposit fee is required, and a 4-day cancellation notice is mandatory. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this window will result in the forfeiture of the $300 deposit or an automatic charge to your credit card per policy.
No-Show Policy: Truth Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse appointments to those who no-show for three or more appointments.
Late Policy: If you are more than 7 minutes late to your appointment, Truth Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
Pricing Policy
As part of our commitment to transparency, please be advised that, per the state of Connecticut, all "Cosmetic Medical Procedures" are subject to sales tax. To remain compliant, Truth Medical Aesthetics automatically adds the sales tax at checkout for all services.
Please note that our prices are subject to change at any time to remain competitive and reflect current industry standards. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer the best products and services.
Return + Refund Policy
Skincare products may be returned for credit to Truth Medical Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and unopened. Opened and used skincare products may, however, be eligible for a refund if you experience any allergic reactions or complications after use. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
